School information system (SIS) has recently been updated with new features (Online students
Attendance and School relevant details), and the latest App version of “SIS APP”

make sure you have the latest version

Solutions
SIS App can only be accessed from registered tablets
1. Download SIS App from Google Play Store on new Tablet
purchased for school.
2. Login with school’s username and passoword. Request will be
generated in SIS.
3. Send new Tablet IMEI number and School EMIS code
to sr@punjab.gov.pk for approval of new Tablet Registration
Request
Send an official request on School’s letter head with Principal’s
signature. Please make sure that Tablet’s IMEI Number, School EMIS
Code, and contact information of the School’s focal person is clearly
mentioned in the application as well as in the email
There is no need to worry about “in process” entries as those are
already counted enrolled students. The Cnic of their gaurdians needs
to be verify by NADRA
Any incorrect/duplicate Student entries can be removed by pressing
'Incorrect/Duplicate' button displayed against each student. This is a
limited time option.
Schools can change grade and designation of teachers using
“Promote” button in teacher information.
send an email with a copy of pay slip at sr@punjab.gov.pk, wrong
personal number will be deleted and school have to update teacher
with correct data.

Students should be marked in the system (by using the “Leave
School” and selecting the correct reason of leaving school) ASAP
Census Form is populated based on the data entered/saved in
different sections of the Application. There should NOT be any
difference on the Census form, Kindly make sure schools have the
latest version of the SIS Punjab application.

Schools might have some connectivity issue in between sync
process. Schools can Clear the Tablet data, uninstall and re-Install

School needs to verify the actual enrollment from the web login

If school is established as Middle from the start, school can leave the
'Established as Primary School' blank
School can Add relevant classes from the web login for the time

enrolled again, for any other reason of leaving school, student can
be transferred in
Two siblings can be enrolled with one CNIC in same class, only
warning message may appear but school can enroll the sibling after
consent. In case, there are more than 2 students studying in the
same class having same father, it can be enrolled on guradian CNIC
