ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

 Setting up the weekly ,monthly ,Quarterly Procurement Plan.

 Procuring the engineering items (Bearings, shafts, pumps) and electrical items.
 Development of alternative local source for Engineering and Electrical items which is help in cost
saving.
 Evaluating vendors & Negotiating the price ,Delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them
 Coordinating with Suppliers & ensuring materials in time.
  Making Purchase orders (Po) for monthly wise for production and spares parts and discuss About
quantity available to reverse, stock to avoid Inventories.

 Logistics follow up.

 Attend regular meeting to know the priorities of the mean time Shortage communicate the same to
Purchase Staff for arrange the material.

 At very critical shortage time directly went supplier end, collected the materials& avoided line stop.
 Reduced more than 180 days materials pending from supplier end.
 For stock correction developed new osp tracking report in ERP with ERP members’ support.
 Reduced non-moving parts inventory.
 Solved more than 1 year suppliers payment problems.
