Documents Please submit the following information and documents in separate

attachment together with ITQ proposals for evaluation.

1. Full specifications of proposed HVLS in regards to technical

aspects and information such as safety, care, choice of color
availability and instructional manual as part of school’s
evaluation.
2. Full specifications of proposed work procedure/scope which
include before and after installation service as part of school’s
evaluation.
3. Track records of or user reference for the past 3 years, from Jan
2016 to Dec 2018. (List of schools/organizations that have
engaged your products and services of similar project)
4. Cost breakdown as per Annex C

Site Visit Interested vendors must attend a mandatory site visit on:
Date: 25 February 2019 (Monday)
Time: 3pm
Location: General Office, Methodist Girls’ School

Attendance will be taken on that day and latecomer will not be allowed
to attend this site visit. The school will not consider any requests for
alternative dates for the site visit.
The school will share with interested vendors on the project requirements
and also to answer queries on the project. Only vendors who attended
the mandatory site visit will be considered for evaluation.

Validity period The proposals shall be valid for at least 60 days from the closing date for

Instructions to Submission of Price Proposal:

Supplier
1) The vendor shall quote based on an Overall Package basis,
exclusive of GST, and indicate if GST is applicable. All costs, e.g.
dismantle, installation, cabling, programming, testing,
commissioning and labour costs etc, must be included in the overall
package price and no hidden cost will be entertained.

2) The vendor shall provide a detailed price breakdown of the Overall

Package, as well as any separately quoted items.

3) Please submit your proposal through GeBIZ. Any offer submitted

after the closing date stated will not be considered. For submitting
alternative offers (such as additional items), vendors shall click on
the "Add Alternative Offer" button and submit their quotations in
GeBIZ.

Award & Payment Modes

1) The School reserves the right to award the quote in whole or in part
to one or more vendors, unless you have expressly stipulated to the
contrary in the ITQ.

2) Please note the School shall be under no obligation to accept the

lowest or any quotation.

3) The Contractor is to render a bill only, upon completion of all goods

and services to be provided as part of the Contract.

4) The successful vendor must accept payment through inter-Bank Giro

(IBG) and would be required to complete the Direct Credit
Authorisation Form for payment to be made directly to the vendor’s
bank account upon receipt of Letter of Acceptance.

5) Payment for services rendered will be subjected to withholding tax (if

applicable) in accordance to Singapore tax law. Vendors should
declare if they are subject to withholding tax when submitting their
proposal.

6) All contracting parties shall comply with the attached Quotation

Conditions of Contract.

7) As part of contractual obligations, the Contractor must declare at the

outset or during the contractual period any potential conflicts of
interests that may arise.
