To Whom It May Concern:

It has been a pleasure for me as the Principal of Fox Elementary to have had the opportunity to work with Mr.
Lewis this year in his role as a split Assistant Principal between both Fox and Ojibwa Elementary.

The role of a split Assistant Principal is not easy if one truly wants to make an impact in both buildings. This year,
Mr. Lewis has proven that he had the ambition, organization and many talents needed to positively impact
both school communities.

Throughout the year, Mr. Lewis worked hard to develop positive relationships in both buildings and his ability
and desire to lead a school community was evident on a daily basis. Mr. Lewis worked very hard to be visible
and present in both buildings. His attendance at the multiple school functions at each school and
representation for both buildings has been excellent.

During the year, Mr. Lewis engaged in many duties as an administrator. His desire to both learn and plan for the
following items was quite impressive. Some of the many duties he carried out included:
• Student discipline with a focus on Restorative Practices
• Assessment planning and scheduling
• PBIS planning and implementation
• Teacher Evaluations utilizing the 5D+ model
• Safety Planning
• Coordination of Student Services regarding planning and attending SSTs, IEPs, and other student
meetings
• Coordination of school schedules including MTSS, Master, and other yearlong scheduling
• Communication with parents regarding student services and supports
• Teacher Support
• Support of building SIP goal of Culture and Climate

Mr. Lewis has become a well-respected administrator at both Fox and Ojibwa Elementary and he has shown
that he has the organizational skills and determination needed to be the very best he can be. Most importantly,
Mr. Lewis understands the importance of a strong culture and climate and continuous improvement. Both
school families look forward to the great work Mr. Lewis will continue to do in Chippewa Valley.

Our Fox and Ojibwa families are extremely grateful to have Mr. Lewis on our teams. It is without hesitation that I
say Mr. Lewis would make an excellent Principal in a building of his own. He is an excellent administrator for
Chippewa Valley Schools.

Sincerely,

Frank Bellomo
Principal
Fox Elementary
