Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
9-10 frozen Strawberries
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Soy milk
1 tblsp Sugar
3 Ice cubes
1 Egg
Mixing instructions:
Put all in blender and wizz away until thick.

Fruit Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup fruit Yoghurt
1 Banana
4 oz frozen Orange juice
1/2 piece textural Fruit (apple, pear, pineapple)
6 Ice cubes
Mixing instructions:
Blend til smooth.

Hot Chocolate #1
Ingredients:
3 cups Milk powder
3/4 cup Cocoa powder
1 cup Sugar
Salt
Mixing instructions:
Combine sugar and cocoa, add milk and a dash of salt. Makes 8 servings. For 1 se
rving place 1/3 cup dry mixture in a coffee mug, add boiling water and stir.

Mocha Mudslide Milkshake


Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free Milk
2/3 cup sliced ripe Banana
2 tblsp Sugar
1 tsp instant Coffee granules
1/4 cup vanilla low-fat Yoghurt or frozen yoghurt
Mixing instructions:
Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Freeze in blender
container for 1 hour or until slightly frozen. Loosen frozen mixture from the s
ides of blender container, add yoghurt and blend until smooth. Garnish with bana
na slices. Serve immediately.

For a chocolate-flavored shake, use reduced-fat chocolate milk instead of the pl
ain fat-free milk, and reduce the sugar to 1 tablespoon.

Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
1/4 cup instant Coffee (granuales)
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup hot Water
4 cups cold Milk
Mixing instructions:
Mix together until coffee and sugar is dissolved. Add milk. Shake well. Using a
blender or milk shake maker produces a very foamy drink. Serve in coffee mug.

Lassi - Mango
Ingredients:
2 Mango pulps, ripe
2 cups Yoghurt
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup iced Water
Mixing instructions:
Put it all in a blender and pour over crushed ice. You can also use other fruits
like strawberries and banana
Papaya Milk Splash
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 cup ripe Papaya
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
Crushed Ice
Mixing instructions:
Make sure to clean out the seeds and deskin the papaya. Put the papaya along wit
h all other ingredients in a blender, mix at medium to high speed for about one
to two minutes. Serve immediately.

This is a popular drink in Taiwan and Southeast Asia. This easy to make drink he
lps cools and refreshes lost summer appetite. The amount of ingredients can be c
hanged accordingly to taste.

Banana Strawberry Shake Daiquiri-type


Ingredients:
1/2 lb frozen Strawberries
1 frozen Banana
2 cups fresh Apple juice
Mixing instructions:
Blend all together in a blender until smooth.

Banana Tropical
Ingredients:
1 Banana
125 gr Yoghurt
2 dl Pineapple juice
Mixing instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes. If the mix isn't liqui
d enough (depends on the banana), add another shot of pineapple juice. Decorate
with a piece of the banana and a piece of a pineapple.

Ingredients:
1 part Beer (draught is preferred)
1 part 7-Up
3 Ice cubes
Mixing instructions:
The beer is first. The 7-Up is second. The ice is last, but it is only needed if
the other ingredients aren't cold.

The amount can be slightly more or less, depending on the drinker's preference.
Women tend to prefer more 7-Up and men tend to prefer more beer when asked. BUT,
half and half are the ususal measurements. -- This drink is very popular in mos
t of Spain, but especially in Madrid. You order it if you really don't want to d
rink a lot. It's a very "social" drink. People not used to drinking find it very
gentle. In Spain, 7-Up is known, but "gaseosa" is what's used in the drink. My
Spanish friends who visit the USA prefer 7-Up to other "gaseosa" substitutes.

Earth Shake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed Pineapple
1 large Carrot, peeled and chopped
Mixing instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed until
well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.

Frappé
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strong black Coffee
1/2 cup Milk
1-2 tsp Sugar or honey
Mixing instructions:
Mix together. Blend at highest blender speed for about 1 minute. Pour into a gla
ss and drink with a straw. Notes: This works best if everything is cold (if you
make fresh coffee, mix it with the milk and let it sit in the fridge for 1/2 hou
r. If it is not frothy, add more milk, or even just some more milk powder. The f
roth gradually turns to liquid at the bottom of the glass, so you will find that
you can sit and drink this for about 1/2 hour, with more iced coffee continuall
y appearing at the bottom. Very refreshing.

Mosstrooper
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ice
1 glass Root beer
1 dash 7-Up
Mixing instructions:
Start with half a glass of ice. Fill almost full with root beer and add a little
7-Up. Just stir with a straw or other convenient item. Drink before the ice mel
ts, otherwise it tastes bitter.

I invented this mix to capture the spirit of the mosstroopers, undisciplined 17t
h century Scottish reivers. Lemonade or just plain lemon juice can be substitute
d for 7-up.

Schmooze
Ingredients:
12 oz Orange juice
12 oz 7-Up
Ice
Mixing instructions:
Add o.j. and 7-up. Stir. Add ice.

Apple Berry Smoothie


Ingredients:
1 cup Berries (strawberries, raspberries, any berry as you wish)
2 Apple, cut into wedges
Mixing instructions:
Throw everything into a blender and liquify.

Apple Karate
Ingredients:
2 cups Apple juice (or cider)

2 oz 7-Up

Fill glass with Beer and top it off with some 7-up. You can add more or less 7-u
p to suit your taste. If you make it 50/50 it is known as a Shandy. Great on a h
ot Summer day or the night after a lot of drinking.

Horse Jizz
Ingredients:
1/2 Beer
1/2 Milk

Get a big mug. Pour in one ingredient then the other.

Kiwi Papaya Smoothie


Ingredients:
3 Kiwi
1/2 Papaya, seeded and sliced
Mixing instructions:
Throw everything into a blender and liquify

Mango Orange Smoothie


Ingredients:
1 Mango, pitted and sliced
2 Orange, peeled
Mixing instructions:
Throw everything into a blender and liquify.

Pond water
Ingredients:
1/2 bottle Beer
1/2 can Coca-Cola
Mixing instructions:
Pour 1/2 bottle beer into mug. Fill rest with 1/2 can of Coke.

Poor Man's Mommosa


Ingredients:
4 oz Beer
4 oz Orange juice
Mixing instructions:
Pour Beer into a highball glass, add orange juice til desired color

Radler
Ingredients:
12 oz Beer
12 oz 7-Up or Sprite
Mixing instructions:
Pour beer into large mug, slowly add the 7-up (or Sprite).

Snow White
Ingredients:
3/4 part Sprite or 7up
1/4 part Beer (Heineken)
Mixing instructions:
Place Sprite/7up into glass. Pour Heineken to top off. Mixture can be varied. Go
od summertime drink.

Ugly
Ingredients:
2 oz Tomato juice
6 oz Beer
Mixing instructions:
fill beer glass 3/4 full of beer, slowly pour tomato juice down the side so it s
ettles on the bottom. Shake salt in the palm of your hand. Throw salt into the g
lass and wait until the top foams up. Chug the drink and then scream UGLY!!
