SUBJECT SUSPENSION OF LGU IMPOSITION AND COLLECTION

OF
ILLEGAL FEES AND TAXES

In the meetinq of the president with the transport sector on 14

september 2011, it vias reported that LGUs are stiil imposing
illegal fees and taxes. particularry on trucks and simirar and coilecting
passing thru their jurisdiction. motor vehicres

Pursuant thereto, the president instructed the Department

that LGUs', are not imposing and coilecting pass
