Subject Work order for Pest Control Treatment at D.A.B.H. Airport, Indore,
Sir,
1. We are pleased to inform you that your tender for the above mentioned work has been
approved by competent authority at your quoted rate of Rs. 356155.00 ( Rs Three Lakhs Fifty
Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five only) for one year from the date of commencement and
further extendable for one more subject to satisfactory performance and on approval of
competent authority and if required by AAI.

2. The item wise rates are as following;-

3. The work shall be carried out as per the frequencies mentioned in the Tender Documents.
 4. You are requested to depute your accredited representative, empowered to sign the contract
agreement within 15 days on a non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value and cost of the
same will be borne by you.
5. No advance payment shall be made by AAI. The payment shall be released on monthly basis
on submission of required bill and supporting documents as detailed in tender document.
Service Tax is payable after submission of proof of actual payment.
6. An amount of @10% will be deducted from each RA Bill in the form of Security Deposit which
is refundable after the expiry of contract.
7. All conditions as specified in the tender document remain the same.
8. Any correspondence or clarification sought on the above said matter shall be addressed to in-
charge (Operation Terminal), DABH, Airport, Indore.
9. You are directed to comply with the provisions of State/Central Govt. rules and regulations
under minimum wages act 1968. Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970.
Contract Labor (Regulation and Abolition) central rules 1971. Employees Liabilities Act 1928,
Work men compensation act 1923, Industrial Act 1947, Employees Insurance Act 1952 or any
modification thereof and any other laws relating thereto and rules made there under from
time to time.
10. Penalty may be imposed as per Tender clause available in the tender document on page No.
25-26. You are requested to read this clause carefully and try to maintain the standard of the
work performance to give the passenger maximum satisfaction.
11. Please acknowledge the receipt and return the duplicate copy of this letter enclosed herewith
within seven days after signing if, to the undersigned as acceptance.
