Organizational Structure

Organizational structure is a system that shows how the certain activities

are designated to every employee’s job that will coordinate and perform various

work roles, to execute its goal. Implementing this structure could be beneficial

in the sense of work interdependency of the specific task will reduce and clearly

identify the work distribution among the employees that could help in

preventing the work duplication. Organizational structure will be depends on

the organization’s objectives and strategies. It should be carefully plan and

implemented for primarily purpose to effectively achieve the objective of the

business. Having a good organization structure will result a positive outcome

in the business that will lead to much better decision and will also help to

prerequisite the long-term success. This chapter is helpful since it helps the

business to entirely present each department control that will assign in every

individual who is fully responsible to manage and take decisions in their given

areas. This is also very advantageous in the sense of identifying the strengths

and weaknesses of every employee that will helps in delegating responsibilities.

LINE TYPE OF ORGANIZATION

One of the typical type of organizational structure is hierarchal

organization, also called as line organization which an administrative structure

where the authority and line of command flows from top to bottom. The person

who positioned on top will be the one to lead the business in order to operate

the system properly and the one who often coordinate the various parts of the

organization. This system is aligned to the tasks and responsibilities of every

employee in an organization. All the department heads are responsible to their

immediate superior, typically, the Managers.


MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

The business requires 14 employees who will work and perform in the

daily business operations.

OPERATING SCHEDULE

The operation of the business will be from 9:00am – 5:00pm; therefore the

business will be operating 8 hours, Monday to Friday. Lunch break of

employees is from 12: 00pm-1:00pm and the employees will be taking a break

from 4:00pm-4:20pm.
