As per the professional development, as marketing Manager in the most reputed firm of
Australia, Ubet, my goals for next 12 month will be to increase the sales of the products by
20% and in addition to this, Building Brand awareness, Generating high lead volume,
Establishing Thought Leadership, Contributing to revenue generation and Increasing brand
engagement.
In order to achieve these goals, my biggest strength is my qualification in Marketing stream
as well as good leadership skills which are very important to be successful in the work. In the
absence of the leadership skills as well as the required information and experience in the
work, it becomes very hard to make an impression over the people ad team members. In order
to be a good manager there are other quality requirements as well like good communication
skills, presentation style and public speaking skills etc. As per the self-assessment, I am
facing trouble in the communication skills as I sometimes face problem in expressing myself
ad views in front of the team members and I think that this is the biggest point that I need to
fulfil in order to achieve success and achieve my prior set goals. My priority will be to focus
on improving my communication skills as effective voice and style of speaking can easily
attract the concern of the listeners towards the speaker.
The activites that can be undertaken to improve the communication skills are follow all
instruction activity, back to back communication, square talk etc.
