ADMISSION INFORMATION FOR PREKG FOR THE YEAR 2019 – 2020

Eligibility Criteria
For Classes Age as on 01.06.2019
PREKG 2.5 years to 3.9 years

 Only online applications will be available. Parents can apply to any one of the branches,
either Tata Silk Farm branch or Doddakallasandra branch. If an application form is found
in both the schools, will be disqualified immediately.
 No list will be put up in the school and no queries regarding selection of candidates will be
answered on phone. The school will not accept representations of any kind from the
parents and the decision of the Management is final in this regard.
 Parents may kindly note that the school does not collect any donations or voluntary
contributions of any kind before, during or after the admission process. If any other person
collects in the name of the school, the management is not responsible for the same.
 Our Nursery schools are located at Tata Silk Farm & Doddakallasandra, Bangalore.
Important Note :
 Please note that mere registration of application does not guarantee admission.
 Selection of children to PRE-KG will depend on the availability of seats for the campus and
syllabus chosen for Class I.
 Once we receive the required number of applications that we can accept for PREKG, the
submit button will be disabled automatically and there will be a pop up message stating
that “We have received maximum number of applications” and any emails or queries
regarding the submission will not be answered.
 Even if the child is selected, the final selection of syllabus for class 1 will depend upon the
performance of the child in UKG. The decision of the Management is final in this regard.
We have a fixed number of seats and cannot go beyond that number.
 Parents may kindly understand that as a school it is impossible for us to help parents who
cannot submit the online applications. Also kindly note that the Director or the Principal
will not be able to meet parents who are unable to submit the applications. The hard
copies of the application forms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
 We would like to inform the parents that applications from Rajarajeshwari Nagar,
Banashankari, Girinagar, Hanumanthanagar, Padmanabhanagar, Shankarapuram, BTM
Layout and N R Colony will not be accepted for Nursery @ Doddakallasandra.

PREKG The online application for PREKG will be kept open for filling and saving from
August 24th 2018 (10 am onwards) to August 31st 2018 (till 6 pm).

Filled in and saved application forms to be submitted ‘ONLY ONLINE’ on

Sunday, 2nd September 2018.

Steps to register, fill & save the application

 Click on the link “Click here to apply online”
 Register on Edchemy with a valid email address, mobile number and
password.
 An OTP to activate the account will be sent to the registered mobile
number and email id.
 Please enter your user name and OTP as received in sms. Choose a
password and click verify button to activate your account.
 Log on to edchemy.kumarans.org. Key in the username and password.
 Select the application form, fill in all the details and save the form and
upload all the required documents.

On Sunday, 2nd September 2018 at 10 a.m onwards, submit button will be

enabled. Click on the Submit Button to submit the form. Parents may kindly
note that only submitted application forms will be accepted.
Registrations will close automatically once the required number of
applications are received

Following applications will be rejected immediately.

 Saved but not submitted applications
 Incomplete applications.
 Discrepancy between the date of birth entered and the actual date of
birth in the birth certificate.
List of documents required to be uploaded:
 Photo of the child
 If available, copy of the Child’s Aadhar Card if the child is an Indian
National
 Copy of the Birth Certificate of the child
 Copy of the front page of the Passport if the child is a foreign national
and holds a foreign passport
