Login to SAP with using GUI – Graphical User Interface

Get ready to start SAP –

1. Check point is whether SAP GUI is installed on your Personal Computer. If not
installed then you have to install this GUI on your PC.

2. Check point is whether your system / PC is connected with MSEDCL’s network. If

not connected, then contact your IT support team to get connection.

3. Finally check SAP Logon shortcut on your PC’s desktop.

Check this Shortcut button on your

PC‘s Desktop. Double click on this
shortcut, it will guide to Login

Double click on this

Connections link and it will
open SAP logon screen.

Insert Your User Name in User area like: EETRC

Press tab or click in password area and insert Password

properly.

(Note: Do not attempt wrong password/User name 3

times otherwise your user will get locked)

Consolidation of CGRF Cases –Create Mode

1. Use Transaction Code ZTRCGRFC. The transaction will be in Create mode by default.
The screen shows below.

2. Enter all the details in Input fields.

3. For example below screen.

4. Based on the Redressal date entered and Date of registration, radio buttons Redressal in 60 days and
Beyond 60 days will be defaulted automatically through the system.
5. Decision in favour had a drop down of Pending, MSEDCL,Consumer, Remand ,Dispose.
6. Based on each every decision you will find input fields and fill it in a proper way.

7. Once all the details are entered the transaction will be saved, against a Case ID.

Consolidation of CGRF Cases –Change Mode

Select the icon for
Change Mode

I f any details saved needs to be changed then we can change the details in Change Mode.

F4 on case id and execute

For uploading documents

Shown below.

When you click on this icon you will direct to T-code CV01N for uploading documents which creates and
saves according to the case id.

Type the name in description.

Click on Original Tab

Click on open original to upload.

Select the record and open.

Right click on the selected document and select checkin .

And press enter by highlighting after click on save as shown below.

Document will be saved with number

If you want to see the document which you uploaded it will be in display mode/change mode.

Click on Attached Documents for display the attached ones.

Open a screen below.

Click on the documents and it open the documents automatically.

8. The details of the cases redressed against a particular CGRF will be retrieved against case id’s:

Here all the fields will be in non editable mode.
