KNOW  ALL  MEN  BY  THESE  PRESENTS:

mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence, fraud, or intimidation of whatever
kind, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be written in
English, the language which is known to me.  And I hereby declare that:

1. I desire that my remains be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic
Church and with dignity suitable to my circumstances.

2. I   am   the   absolute   owner   of   certain   properties   which   I   inherited   from

3. It is my desire and I direct that in the interest of my family, all my properties,
conjugal and exclusive, real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever located, shall be given, devised,
and bequeathed to my spouse  ______________________  to have and to hold the same as her
property absolutely and unconditionally.

4. My child, ___________________ shall be entitled to such portion of my estate as
provided by law.  It is my wish that my beloved wife, ______, keep inviolate our mutual promise not
to contract a subsequent marriage in order to keep others from enjoying our property.

5. I hereby prohibit any partition of my estate for a period not exceeding twenty (20)
years from my demise.

6. I hereby appoint my wife, ________________, as the sole executor of this Last
Will and Testament.
 7. I hereby direct that the executor named herein should serve without a bond.

8. I hereby revoke any and all my other wills, codicils or testamentary dispositions
heretofore executed, signed or published, or alleged to have been executed, signed or published by me.

The foregoing instrument, the Last Will and Testament of  ____________, consisting of
