COMPANY PROFILE :-
JTEKT Corporation, JAPAN has established a new joint venture, JTEKT Sona Automotive India Ltd. (JSAI), in
India. It is TS-16949 owned company Manufacturing of Electric Power Steering in partnership with Sona Koyo
Steering Systems Ltd. (SKSSL). Manufacturing operations unit of JSAI is located in the Bawal Industrial Area
within the Indian state of Haryana. JTEKT owns 51 % of the joint venture, and SKSSL owns 49%. Main customer
of company are Maruti Suzuki, Nissan ,Honda, Toyota, Mahindra & Mahindra etc.

KEY RESULTS AREA :-

 Daily manpower handling as per shift plan.
 Responsible for Production Line Supervision.
 Responsible for change over and setting of different model.
 Responsible for smooth running of production line and attend the line problems.
 Responsibility for achieve the day shift target as per tact time.
 Responsibility for maintain the line inventory using internal logistic.
 Responsible for achieve all organizational target as efficiency, Chokko Rate & Bekido Rate & Yarizimai,
minimum rejection, down time etc
 Responsible for training of new Operator maintain all training record.
 Involvement in ITO, TTO & HVPT for schedule activities before start of Production.
 To maintain floor area with the help of 5’S system.

 Trouble shouting in CNC and VMC machines on shop floor.
 To develop and implementation of Kanban system on line to increase production.
 Knowledge of CNC Hobbing,OD Grinding, 0f Fanuc controller,
 Responsible of solve the m/c production problem like programe correction ,trouble souting,Dimension NG of
parts ok by offset in micro or programmed.
 CNC Machining, Grinding, Job setting, Trouble shooting, single piece flow Production.
 To reduce the change over time through the KAIZEN.
 Responsible to achieve Choko-ritsu & bekido ritsu Target.
ACHIVEMENT :-
 Give the suggestion & kaizen more than 25 in one year.
 Reduce the rejection by implementing poka yoka, Kaizen study & system implemnt
