KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Review contract scope of work, project quality plan and quality control procedure.

 Review the ITP’S, Method of Statements, and Procedures & Inspection Reports.

 Reviewing Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per the requirement & randomly check receiving materials.

 Inspection of Daily Fit-Up, Weld Visual & Preparation of Documents for review and approval.

 Witness all the Piping, Testing and Mechanical activities during the whole surveillance inspection.

 To witness visual inspection and the Welding Performance during and on completion of the job.

its supports, final sign off stage wise inspection reports.

 Final Inspection and issue release certificate.

 Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Procedures and Review of Construction Drawing.

 Line Flushing, Air Blowing, Pressure Testing, Piping Lay-Up Inspection, Relief Valve Installation, Re-
Instatement and final inspection for mechanical completion.

 Responsible for inspection of pipe spools for shop and fabrication such as fit-up, dimensional and visual
inspection as per International Standards.

 Monitor Piping and Mechanical Operations and Conduct Required Inspections work to resolve quality related
issues with workers , subcontractors and the client.

 Communicate with management , staff and the clients the requirements of quality’s scope of work.

 Verify that all the site activities comply with uality codes and standards.

 Coordinate quality site inspectors with all site sub contractors and vendors, coordinate all Non Destructive
Testing on site and monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
 Inspect / Review product material , weld quality and testing to ensure compliance with codes , standards and
QCM.

 Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) to Project Management Team (PMT) and Project Inspection Division.

 Close log book entry or surveillance violation.

 Checking and as built revision of isometric drawing and P&ID

 Prepare Non- Conformance Report (NCR), Preventive Action Request (PAR) and initiate corrective Action for
every violation and out of Standard of Construction activities.

 Preparation and selection of Materials, Fittings & Valves quantity take off, Execution of Installation, Testing &
Commissioning of GI Pipeline & CS Pipeline, Sprinkler, Hose reel, Dry Risers, Wet Risers, Foam System,
Halogenated Extinguishing Agent Systems & Fire Pumps (Diesel Pump, Jockey Pump & Electric motor Pump)
as per Civil Defense Regulations & standard ).

Achievements
 Successfully carried out the Piping design, engineering and detail engineering, Analysis, calculations and
100% approval for the petrochemical Co. For ARAMCO through consultant IPEBS.
 Successfully carried out design, engineering for HVAC as per ASHREE standards.
 Standardized material specification with proper classification, which was reduced Inventory with right
specifications, Due to which company was saved 10% on over all inventory items compared with previous and
present situation.
