Tve – contains 25 principles and categorized into 3 (people, program &
Process)

To implementing the TVE principle, we needs Financial,human resources,


infrastructure, information, kurikulum, student. All element are functioned
by planning, organizing, directing & Controlling.
With alteration and modification to achieve our VMOG

Similarity of Fayol SM and implementing in TVE M&A are obviously by TOP


to Bottom management include perspective, Focus, result, orientation,
overall contribution
