COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person
must achieve to enable him/her to install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting and related equipment and
systems where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts in residential houses/buildings.

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVES

To produce a world class and certified 95 Building-Wiring Electricians with positive work values
and attitudes before end of September 2016.

TRAINEES' ENTRY REQUIREMENT

 Must be 18 yrs old & above

 At least High School Graduate
 Have a good moral character
 Physically Fit

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

 Police Clearance
 Birth Certificate from NSA
 Medical Certificate fit to undergo training
 High School Report Card/ Diploma/ T.O.R
 Accident Insurance
 2 pcs., 1x1 pictures colored with white background
 2 pcs., passport size pictures colored with white background, with collar & no digital
 Residence Sketch

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:

 Building-Wiring Electrician

 Residential/Commercial-Wiring Electrician

 Maintenance Electrician
