1.1Introduction:

CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION

M.B.A Program 2018-19

This is an internship report, undertaken by Miss. Madhuri Jaykar Patil. at SIS. The intern started his internship from 01 Jan 2019 to 02 April 2019. In fulfillment of the requirement of the Degree of Masters in Business Administration pursued at the Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar, it is mandatory for lIP track students to have a minimum of twenty (18) Weeks practical industrial experience in their respective fields of training and organization of their choice. The purposes of the internship are to prepare the student to serve the needs of industry more effectively upon graduation. This included providing real life experience and exposure, thus gaining first-hand exposure of working in the real world, granting the opportunity to learn more about the intern self-potentials and abilities, getting connected and developing professional network, preventing CV from going to trash during job application and transition to full-time job position. Internship allows students to harness the skill, knowledge and theoretical practice they learnt in the institute and enabling them to transform theory into practical real life situations. The intern’s time with SIS has really illuminated his knowledge and understanding of practical experience of the theories being taught between the walls of the Institute lecture halls and in the corporate environment.

1.2 Objectives Of The Training:

Internship teaches young professionals about specific industries and companies they are interested in, projects their self-potentials, abilities and shortcoming.

Get connected; develop professional network and transition to full-time position.

This internship provides a real life experience and exposure. It enables the intern to gain first- hand exposure of working in the real life which is remarkably valuable towards the intern’s career.

CHAPTER VI CONCLUSION

This presents the summary of the study done in relation to payroll management with reference to SIS facilities india pvt.ltd.pune. in the organization payroll management software works efficiently but changes are required according to the changing scenario, such as up gradation of software should be done regularly, the organization should follow payroll policies properly. the payroll software need to be modified whenever required.

While doing study researcher has acquired some qualitative knowledge. Now The researcher are able to operate payroll software fluently and register the PF,ESIC form, legal compliances for the different companies and billing part.
