Worked  as Business Development Manager  for  Swisstex  Chemical  (Huntsman  dyes  &  chemicals)  for  North  with
financial  16  MUS$  sales  capacity. Chemomechanical company  Winstar  was  given  as  special  challenge  to  establish
business operations & sale functions which managed 1.2 MUS$ business.
Supported teams on product launch, revival, penetration in multiple markets and offered:-
Sales plan on customized orders with retention strategy, ROI & Pricing,  Negotiation & Contract executions , Payment
Recoveries  of  dye/  chemical  credits ,  Market  analysis,  training  programs,  presentations,  project  reports  &  designed
manuals.
Inhouse Technical Textile lab & external oil lab facilities used for dye, chemical and oil analysis .

Initially conducted joint meeting on Huntsman products at renowned groups with top management on business 
expansion as per Huntsman guideline given by Global Marketing Department.
 Drive BD strategies through a team of sales personnel and channel partners in alignment with business plan and realize

 Conducted exhaust dyeing trials on yarn & hosiery dyeing machines at low Liquor-ratio and denim coating specialty
finishing trials on Gaston Foam Applicator on both slasher and rope dyed denims.
 Developed customer identification sales strategies according to principal product range, pricing and managed given
sales targets on expected profit margins.
 Managed CRM & ERP value added system in order to analyse the business cycle and monitor customer’s & principal
opinion  for  business  prospects. Impact  of  need  created  by  drilling  down  to  scope  creation  evaluating  financial
condition of customer and real cash-flow. .

 Sold multiple textile projects for fabric & yarn dyeing/ drying, foam applicators, compactor & stenter, fancy yarn,

Jointed as Process Control & Quality Assurance Manager for 4-yrs, later promoted as Manager Processing & Q.A.
 Accountability of recipe management  from lab-standard to bulk production on planned route, chemical, dyes, steam,
electricity, water, time, labor utilization. Monitoring plant efficiency with steam saturation level, pneumatic systems,
pump delivery, sensors, fabric holding & moving mechanical parts.
 Planned work-order operations independently while striper open-tubular widths were commercially prepared.
 Coordination with buying offices for quality approval on low recipe cost & construction gauges of fabrics
 Carried garment wash effect on tubular washer & sample winches on pilot level. Some regular tri-chromatic combination
used in bulk dyeing for cotton fabrics while polyester dyeing was always carried with Sumifix Foron Dyes.

Initial Technical & Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
 All bulk processing routes were jointly developed in consent with GM, PPC, Dyeing & Quality Lab’s, so comparative
process cost can be reduced.
 Mostly chemicals were selected after trial on bulk lots; their strength /active content is compared with offered price.

 Coordinated with ISO team on the implementation of procedures, practices (formats, charts, training etc.) as per buyer
recommended quality standards in fabrication division and supported garment for ISO system implementation.

 Knit-down was approved after specified grain or construction size required with respect to GSM, width & Gauge/ Dia
availability in-house and commercially and same yarn & construction absorbency is important for dyeing.

June ‘99 - Dec. ‘99 Angora Textile (Pvt.) Ltd. (Hosiery)        

Joined R&D as trainee, promoted as Manager R&D (Dyeing/ Finishing) based on lab to bulk recipe control & Achieve,
 On trial basis - usage of mild Caustic with Soda Ash to give low dye consumption 10-15% while greater fastness
 Reduced 1% leveler usage by replacing hydrophobic leveler from hydrophilic in cotton dying on PC fabric.
 Proposed first color bulk order shade recipe on current fabric based on cotton characteristics.
