Subject: Results of UG Part-III (Honours) Examinations 2019: Reassessment and course conversion information.
As per the directives of the Hon’ble Vice-chancellor, and as has been decided in the examination monitoring committee
meeting.
1. The reassessment process will be done online via UGB website: ww.ugb.ac.in, and form fill-up in this matter (with requisite
existing fees) as well as the approval by the concerned colleges will be done on and from July 25, 2019 to July 30, 2019(up to
4.00 pm).Time can not be extend any more.
2. The information for reassessment matter:
(a) A candidate can apply for not more than two theoretical papers (no practical papers) for reassessment.
(b) A candidate can apply for any number of theory or practical paper(s) for scrutiny, but same paper(s) cannot be considered
for both scrutiny and reassessment.
(c) No scrutiny or reassessment will be allowed for MCQ-Type paper(s)
(d) The above mentioned information is applicable for all categories of candidates who got their marks sheets for Part-III
examinations 2019.
3. The information for course conversion matter: The eligible candidates may apply for course conversion (Honours toGeneral),
through the respective colleges, within six months from the date of publication of reassessment results of UG Part –III
examinations 2019
