Guidance of the template file for reporting

FieldMate can generate the report that contains the parameter values obtained from the devices in your
report format. The report format can be customized by the template file easily.
Please try to use this function, report generation, with the device maintenance information. The template
files are in Zip of FieldMate Lite edition.
Also, the template files of YOKOGAWA devices can be downloaded from “FieldMate/PRM/Device Files User
site”. This user site can be accessed by the FieldMate Full function edition Users.

Japanese: Template_EJX_H7(EJX_EXP)_forR302Lite_JP.docx
* These template files are for EJX, YOKOGAWA Differential Pressure and Pressure Transmitter.
* In the template files, a part of the device parameters are defined.
* For using the report generating function with template files, Microsoft® Word is necessary.

 Procedure
Open the recorded parameters value, and select the template file according to the procedure in Figure 1.
FieldMate generates the report as Microsoft® Word file after the template file is selected.
