(GST) which is proposed to be made effective from July 1, 2017.

Please do not handover cash to Advisors/Third parties. Cash premiums should be paid only at
authorized cash collection centres.
Cash payments will not be accepted at ICICI Prudential branches.
Cash premium up to Rs. 49,999/- should be paid only at authorised cash collection centres.
PAN is mandatory for all payments above Rs 50,000/-
Register your bank account to receive policy payouts directly into your bank account.
Goods & Services Tax Registration: Refer www.iciciprulife.com/gstin.html for State wise GSTN.
Goods & Services tax and cess (if any) will be charged as per applicable rates and prevailing tax laws.
For Unit Linked Insurance Policies(ULIPs), NAV is applicable as per the existing IRDAI guidelines
(refer to policy terms & conditions).
In ULIPs, a charge of Rs 150/- shall be deducted by way of cancellation of units towards dishonour of
payment.
In case of Traditional Policies (Non-Ulips), interest will be charged on late payment of premiums.
In case of payment made from NRE/NRO account copy of the instrument /proof of transaction would
be required to be produced at the time of any payout.
