 NARRATIVE REPORT ABOUT THE INTERVIEW

The research team went to an newly-opened store located at Brgy. 183 Villamor
Air Base, Pasay City. The outside of the store was so charming because of its’
fascinating lights but what the team saw on the inside was even more great. The store
is themed like it really is exclusive for residents in Villamor because of it’s air-force-
type of business for example mini-airplanes everywhere. Our team conducted an
interview to Mr. Norberto. He said on one of our questions that the business was a
sole proprietorship-type of business and added that it’s great to have running a solo
business because you will invest a lot for yourself. Our team then asked why is the
business built in that area, he then clearly stated that it was their own residence and
establishing a business within the residence is a good thing to do because you don’t
have to pay for anything for the rent. The shop was established at the ground floor of
their residence and they prepare the just products in a different room. To know more
about the business, our team asked to tell the background of the business, he then
told us that it all started when his Mom baked pastries while he was just schooling and
in some cases, he finished school as a business graduate and solely planned to build
the business and he really made it. Since the business was newly-built, it isn’t
registered yet but besides all that, he’s planning to get it registered this coming
January. In line regarding on Mr. Norberto’s business, he said that there are problems
in his business like the lack of employees, maintaining cleanliness and the manual
process in computing daily sales. The goal of the team is to help make the business
progressive and ease the work by using automated rather than manual processing.

We, the researcher where we conduct an interview in Villamor we interview a

business and the type of business is a hardware ang the name of the business is
POGE & DANIEL HARDWARE MERCHANDISE also call (BICOL HARD WARE) So
when the business start, Business start at year of 2014 and common problem of this
business is we use a manual process or we use an a ordinary calculator and the
maximum earning of this business is 50,000 pesos So we are the programmer to fix
their problem solve the solution and their job make it easy.
