Astra Integrated UHF RFID Reader

Astra, ThingMagic’s integrated UHF RFID reader, offers an enterprise level, high performance
yet low cost EPC Gen2 RFID solution. It is ideal for commercial and industrial environments
that require unobtrusive deployments with a minimum of cabling, readers and antennas. Fully
supporting ThingMagic’s Mercury OS software, Astra includes a mix of network management
and security features including DHCP for configuration management and firmware and
SSL/SSH-based security. Astra provides the capability of being powered over Ethernet, or
when powered by DC provides backhaul over Wi-Fi.
