Invitation for Pre-Qualification of EPC Contractors for

Coal Fired Power Plant

1. PLN is inviting EPC Contractors from Indonesia and International members, which has
diplomatic relation with Indonesia, to participate in a pre-qualification process for EPC
Contractors for Coal Fired Steam Power Plant unit sizes of 50 MW, 100 MW, and 200 MW.
The purpose of the pre-qualification is to establish a Pre-Approved List of EPC Contractors
(“Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi (DPT) Kontraktor EPC”). The list shall be used to conduct limited
bidding/tender of PLN’s funded projects.

2. Local EPC Contractors who can participate must have been established in Indonesia for at
least 15 years and must have a project experience in Coal Fired Power Plant in the last 15
years and has been in successful commercial operation for at least 2 years.

3. International EPC contractor who can participate are from International countries which has
diplomatic relation with Indonesia and must have project experiences in Coal Fired Power
Plant in the last 25 years and has been in successful commercial operation for at least 3
years.

4. Any Interested Applicants shall send email to dpt@pln.co.id with CC to

RegisterPLN@hatch.com. The email shall be addressed as follow:

Applicant’s Company Name, Representative person, email address and phone number of
representative person, Attention: PT PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat, Engineering &
Procurement Planning Division (DIV EPP), Senior Manager of Planning Administration and
Procurement,

Subject : Intent to participate in the pre-qualification process of EPC Contractors for Coal
Fired Steam Power Plant unit sizes of 50 MW, 100 MW, 200 MW.

Any emails sent to different addresses other than the above addresses, will not be considered
acceptable and will not be processed. The package details including description of capacity
and technology, and prequalification meeting schedule are to be provided in the Letter of
Invitation.

5. Letter of Invitation, Acknowledgement, and Confidentiality Agreement will be provided via

email upon receiving email from the interested Applicant.

6. Closing registration date is on March 8 , 2018 at 23.59 Western Indonesia Time. Late
submission shall be rejected.
