ABSTRACT: Municipality of Mainit is one of the progressive municipalities in the province in uplifting the tourism economy, it deals with
various tourists’ destinations and caters visitors with Filipino-style hospitality. This study aims to design and analyze an annex building of Kasili
Lakeside Resort and Hotel using Reinforced Concrete Framing System, which is widely used for modern structures that can endure the climatic and
environmental phenomenon, because the location of the project setting is near the lake and how the soil behaves will be a big factor. In line with the
necessary requirements of National Building Code of the Philippines and required design criteria of National Structural Code of the Philippines, the
project was designed with the use of software applications for a more accurate computations and come up with precise dimensions in slabs, beams,
columns, and footing. The Program of Work of the whole proposed annex building is presented meeting the allocated budget of the Local Government
Unit of Mainit. The researchers suggest to have a bigger lot area intended for the annex building to accommodate bigger number of tourists.
