MINIMUM REQUIRED VALUES FOR EACH TUBING SIZE. ENGINEERING MUST
CONFIRM THE PROPER TUBING WALL THICKNESS BASED ON THE DESIGN
CONDITIONS FOR HIGHER RATED FLANGE CLASSES IN CL 900 THROUGH CL 2500.

MINIMUM TUBING WALL THICKNESS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TUBING


FITTING MANUFACTURER’S RECOMMENDATIONS AND AS A MINIMUM, SHALL BE
RATED FOR USE AT THE DESIGN PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE OF THE
ASSOCIATED PROCESS LINE. TUBING WALL THICKNESS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
THE MINIMUM LISTED THICKNESS.

REFER TO PIPING LINE CLASS SPECIFICATIONS FOR PIPE, VALVES, FITTINGS,


NIPPLES, FLANGES, BOLTS, AND GASKETS.

SHALL ALSO BE CERTIFIED PER THE LATEST VERSION OF NACE MR0103.
