verses of your choice from elsewhere in the Book. Recite them for an initiator or your

9. Study “Yoga for Yahoos” (from Eight Lectures on Yoga) and Book 4, Part I, chapters
1-4. Study Liber E §III, select a posture for practice, and work with it for at least 15
minutes daily.

the rites mentioned in task number 9. Write a paper comparing and contrasting those
