ABSTRACT

Bronchial asthma is a chronic disease that requires special attention and this
disease is often found in children and adults in developing and developed countries.
World data states as one of the top five causes of death, with a total of 300 million
people.
This study uses a descriptive case study method that is a method that is
carried out with the main purpose of describing or describing the actual or objective
situation.
The results of this case study are the application of an effective cough
procedure to overcome the ineffectiveness of the airway cleaning in Mr M.
It is expected that patients and families in this case study can be made
additional or complementary to optimize the healing process in pulmonary TB
disease. It is expected that nurses can provide nursing interventions to patients with
pulmonary TB to overcome the problem of ineffectiveness in cleaning the airway.
