ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR B.Sc. COURSES (2019-2020)

Applications for admission to the first year degree class in the science stream are invited from MALE candidates
who have passed the Higher Secondary/Equivalent Exam. in the year - 2019 as REGULAR CANDIDATES. Application
form will be available online (www.rkmvccrahara.org) from 10.05.2019 to 15.06.2019 on payment of Rs. 400/- online +
extra Bank Charges further processing. A candidate must apply separately for each subject as per the eligibility criterion
given below.

1. General Requirements:- a) Must have passed H.S./Eqv. Exam. in 2019 and
b) Passed in four recognised subjects including English.
c) Must have passed in each subject of the combination of subjects chosen by him for
the degree course of study.

4. Out of FIVE combinations available, a candidate may apply in each course separately provided he is
eligible to apply for those courses. No change in preference for selection of a course will be allowed later
on.

ADMISSION TEST : All candidates have to appear in admission test. The tests schedule is given below.
No candidate will be allowed to take admission test without production of the

3. PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR COUNSELLING ARE

ASKED TO SUBMIT THE PRINT-OUT OF THE ON-LINE APPLICATION
FORM, PROOF OF THE PAYMENT OF RS.400/- AND OTHER
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS DURING THEIR COUNSELLING.

7. TENTATIVE DATE of publication of LIST of eligible candidates for COUNSELLING-cum-ADMISSION:

21-06-2019 at 3.00 p.m.
8. List of Eligible candidates for COUNSELLING Cum ADMISSION :
a) For each combination of subjects there will be a separate list.
b) In each list the names of candidates eligible for counselling will be displayed alphabetically.
c) The names arranged alphabetically in the list will not indicate Merit Position of any eligible candidate.
d) Mere appearing of the name in the list does not guarantee the admission of the candidate.
9. The applicant accompanied with his father / legal guardian should report for COUNSELLING-cum-ADMISSION
punctually at the time and date as indicated in the published list.

10. Immediately after counselling, a list of provisionally selected candidates based on MERIT will be displayed on the
Notice Board and the selected candidates should be ready to get themselves admitted by depositing fees
(through Debit Card), etc at the college office failing which they may lose their candidature and the same will be
filled-up from the next eligible candidates.

11. Counselling & subsequent merit list of the candidate is based on the basis of :
