The current state analysis should contain the state of the business and quality in
general. This review should be documented to support top management in decision-
making.
Customer satisfaction with the products and operation
What are the main reasons for complaints
What are the major internal operational problems
Does some operation generate too big costs
What is the competence of personnel
What is the current employee satisfaction
Are there problems with suppliers Does the organization have any ongoing
quality projects
( this part should deal as well with the customer and other parties requirements of
the ISO 9001 model above)
Note: you must be relating all your write up with the selected organisation of study.

-documentation of all activities, processes, work instruction and sequences of
procedures
-documents should also include traceable records
- documentation how documents would be created and controlled in the organisation
-this should be done for each department
Next stage Management review –this where management reviews the entire
process- customer satisfaction, traceable record, current measurement and
analysis for the purpose of identifying all non conformities to develop
corrective actions for continuous improvement
