Online applications are invited from bonafide citizens of India for selection of candidates for
recruitment to the post of System Manager on Contractual basis of Rs. 30,000/- per month fixed under the
Tripura Public Service Commission.
Experience:-Essential:- (i) M.Tech in CSE/IT from any Institution
Educational Qualification & Experience:
approved by UGC/AICTE with 3 years experience in Electronics Data Processing including Computer
programming in any Govt. Department/Autonomous body under State or Central /PSU/Institution of
National or International repute as a Electronic
Electronics Data Processing including Computer Programming.
OR
h in CSE/IT or MCA or M.Sc (Computer SC.) with 1st Class from any institution approved
(ii) B.Tech
by UGC/AICTE with 5 years experience in Electronic
Electronics Data Processing including Computer programming
in any Govt. Department/Autonomous body under State or Central Govt. //PSU/Institution
PSU/Institution of National or
International repute as a Electronics Data Processing including Computer Programming.
The applicants should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on

13.08.2019. Upper age-limit
limit is relaxable by 5(five) years in case of SC, ST, Differently able (PH) candidates.

Duration of service:- 1 year.. It may be extended subject to satisfactory performance & need of the
Commission.

The last date of receiving application is 13.08.2019.. The application(s) received after the closing
date will not be entertained.

The applications along with necessary documents (regarding Qualification from Madhyamik
onwards, Experience, Permanent Residence Certificate/Citizenship, Age proof Certificates should be
upload on Online Portal.
N.B: Experience Certificate shall have to be issued by the competent authority of the
Deptt./Institutions/faculty etc. with clear mention of starting date & end date as the case may be.

Online Application Portal will be available on Commission’s website from 15.07.2019 Before
applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio
bio- data particulars through One Time
Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website viz. www.tpsc.gov.in.
.gov.in. Once applicant
registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number
and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s
website.
Selection will be made on the basis of Written Examination (MCQ type)

10 marks (Total 110 marks).

After written examination, 5 (five) candidates as per norms of the Commission will be called for
interview. It is also mentioned
ned here that candidate(s) scoring marks equal to that of the last candidate in the
written examination shall be called for interview.

Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained after totaling marks scored in written
examination & marks obtained in interview and following other TPSC norms.

Written Examination qualified candidates will be asked to submit all required documents at the
Commission’s Office. On scrutiny of documents, if a candidate found ineligible as per terms & condition
cond of
the Advertisement his /her candidatures will be rejected.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

(1) Rate of Recruitment Fees:- Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only for General Candidates and 50/-
(Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
(2) SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved
vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.
(3) Applicants must be in possession of the prescribed minimum qualification(s) for the post on the closing
date for submission of application as mentioned in the advertisement.
(4) Candidates should poses required qualification (along with various registration if required for service)
& other experience before last date of submission of application form.
(5) Decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at any stage of the selection
process shall be final.
(6) Assessment and evaluation of the answer scripts done by the Commission shall be final.
(7) List of eligible candidates & their Admission Certificate/Interview call letter will be uploaded in TPSC
website in due course.
(8) Date, time and venue of Written Examination/ Interview will be notified in due course.
(9) Written examination (MCQ Type) will be made on (a) Job oriented- 60% of total marks and (b) G.K. &
Current Affairs and English- 40% of total marks.
(10) Candidates are requested to apply only in online portal and the Commission will not entertain any hard
copy application form.
