a) The quotation has been compiled based on Client Request and email communication
b) Breakdown of estimated costs provided on page 2.
c) The Mineral Laboratory reserves the right to increase charge should the nature of the sample vary the
test requirements i.e large sample mass, ore grade determinatons for overrange elements etc
d) Minimum charge is $US150 per submission including testwork provision and administration
e) Final costs will be calculated in IDR at the weekly KURS rate applicable once job complete.
f) Reject and test samples will be stored free for 3 months. Client will be contacted for advice on long term
storage if required. Storage charges will apply and will be charged up front for long term storage.
g) Estimated turnaround time ~ 7 working days
