Notes:
 Session time is limited to 15 minutes to complete a page & click “save as draft”
regularly to avoid losing the data.
 Only PDF files are allowed to upload.
 Form has to be mandatorily despatched by one of the following ways:
 Hard copy of Signed & Sealed Supplier registration Form by Authorised
Signatory can be despatched either through courier or post. Dispatch details are
to be entered by the supplier. If supplier forgets to enter the dispatch details,
BHEL shall not process the application. (Least preferable mode)
Or
 Scanned copy of Signed & Sealed Supplier Registration Form by Authorised
Signatory can be uploaded in the portal. Hard copy submission is optional.
Or
 Digitally Signed Supplier Registration Form in PDF format can be uploaded in the
Portal. Hard copy submission is optional.
Undespatched application shall not be considered
