Donsol, hereinafter called the SELLER. That I am the lawful owner of a certain

acknowledged to have received from the vendee, JUDE B. ANDRION, of legal
age, Filipino, single, and with postal and residence address at Purok 8,
Tinanogan, Donsol, Sorsogon, by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL,
CONVEY and TRANSFER unto said vendee JUDE B. ANDRION, his heirs,
assigns, and successors in interest, the above-described motor vehicle.

That I further declare that the said described motor vehicle is free from
liens and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claims
whatsoever.
