To lead technical change and support of Hyperion solution, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase and FDMEE
Manage Hyperion workload while being hands on in development and support activities, improve system
development and testing processes and with delivering continuous improvement to support FP&A business
objectives. Being the point of contact for FP&A to discuss strategic direction around financial planning and reporting
and defining system road map for future delivery.
Work with internal systems team like data integration team, reference data team, GL/HCM team to improve
overall integration and quality of data in Hyperion
Systems life circle Management - Working directly with our vendors, deliver life circle plans to cover
maintenance, upgrades, patching, major shifts in technologies and align global standards including data
security, legal and legislation changes in the business we operate.
Infrastructure Architecture - Design, implement and manage our corporate systems planning & budgeting
applications, to ensure they adequately support the business and our global strategy
Requirements Management - Support the business through the process of documenting, analyzing,
prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant
stakeholders and peers. Ensure that requirements are validated and meet the needs of our business
stakeholders.
Vendor Management - Support the commercial relationship and service delivery of our application vendors,
consultants and other 3rd parties
Data Governance - Support the management of the availability, usability, integrity, quality and security of
the data hosted and managed via corporate systems applications. Work within our data governance program
and polices, following best practices in collaboration with our business and data owners.
Configuration management and systems administration - Perform configuration changes within corporate
system to enhance functionality or to resolve service issues. Control and manage all aspects of system
administration.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent information systems, a technology related filed or a similar
discipline
DESIRABLE Conceptual knowledge of data integration using any ETL tools
PBCS/EPBCS
Smart view experience
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance data model like Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres,
Legal Entity
Expensive experience of Hyperion Planning & Essbase. FDMEE & EPMA
ESSENTIAL
Financial planning and budgeting experience or qualifications
Oracle Hyperion Qualified
5+ years Hyperion experience
