PRESS RELEASE

Mr. Fahad Asif S/o Muhammad Asif Ch. (CNIC No. 35202-4641681-1) R/O House No. 8-A Street

No. 3, Chowk Misri shah, Lahore, as per official record his date of birth is

04-06-1991 and he has domicile of Lahore District. Mr. Fahad Asif S/o Muhammad Asif Ch was a

candidate for the post of Service Center Official Lahore) in the Punjab Land Record Authority,

Revenue Department Punjab advertised by Punjab Public Service Commission. He was

impersonated by another person namely Mr. Muhamad Faiq S/o Muhammad Fayyaz

CNIC No. (35202-0771150-5) R/O 356 B-Block L.D.A Colony Near Packages Mall, Walton Road

Lahore, in typing test and they were found guilty of violation of Commission’s Instruction as a result

of which Full Commission in its meeting 07-11-2018 has decided to take following actions against

them:

i. Cancellation of candidature of Fahad Asif candidate for the posts of

Service Center Officials (Lahore Region).

ii. Permanent disqualification of both (the candidate and impersonator) from

applying for any post which is advertised or to be advertised by the
Punjab Public Service Commission.

Hasnat Aslam S/o Muhammad Aslam (CNIC No.3460260801147), R/o Hasnat milk shop, Ayub

Road, behind General Hospital, Lahore, date of birth 14-10-1993, District of Domicile Lahore was a

candidate for recruitment against to the post of GIS Analyst/Data Analyst

(BS-17), in the Punjab Forestry, Wildlife & Fisheries Department. He has produced two experience

certificates bearing the same number but showing the nomenclature of GIS Analyst instead of

Researcher. On thorough checking of his documents, it transpired that both the experience certificates

were same but he made alteration in the nomenclature of designation of the later certificate whereas the

signatures & stamp are at the same place. This contradiction made both the certificates doubtful,

controversial and fake, therefore, following actions have been taken against him:-

i) Cancellation of his candidature for the post he had applied for.

ii) Disqualification for a period of 05 years from applying for any post which is advertised
or to be advertised by Punjab Public Service Commission.

provided fake experience certificate. He was found guilty of violation of Commission's instructions.

Following actions have been taken against him:-

1. Cancellation of his candidature for the post he had applied for i.e

post of Assistant Professor Biology (Male) (BS-18) (Case No. 49B2017)

in the Punjab Higher Education Department.

2. Disqualification for a period of 03 years from applying for any post

Which is advertised or to be advertised by the Punjab Public Service Commission.

following actions against him:-

Punjab Police Department.

ii) Disqualification for a period of three years from applying for

any post which is advertised or to be advertised by Punjab Public
Service Commission.
