I am writing this letter in connection with the introduction of delivery charge.

I have received information about the rise of the petrol price recently. Therefore
it is also easily understandable that your site will apply the delivery fees next
month. However, I usually hope that unlike other online shopping sites, a level of
reasonable fee will be introduced at your site.

On the other hand, I would recommend that you should launch some programs of
discounting once a month . Or you should offer some suitable voucher to closer
clients to encourage and attract more buyers. I think that these ways will also
help to generate a stain reliance for customers.
