ANSWER

Comes now the DEFENDANT, assisted by counsel, hereby depose that:

1. She admits the contents of paragraph 1 and to insofar as her

personal circumstances are concerned.
2. She admits that a contract of lease has been entered into between
parties.
3. She admits the contents of paragraph 3 and 4 in the complaint
submitted by the plaintiff.
4. She denies the contents of paragraph 6 and 7 as to the valid receipt
of the notice to evict.
5. She further avers that the plaintiff borrowed a sum of money from the
defendant in the amount of P50,000.00 some time in September 11,
2019.
6. That for failure to pay the said amount, the plaintiff and defendant has
agreed to extend the contract of lease for an extension of six months
which shall expire on March 11, 2019.
7. That such contract was made orally between parties
WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully prays that the complaint be
dismissed with costs against the plaintiff other relief and remedies
that the court may deem proper.
