PROJECT ISSUES
Crucial to the provision of the service is the complete bid of the
suppliers to the following links:
(1) international IP transit;
(2) domestic IP transit;
(3) middle mile connectivity;
(4) last mile connectivity
•The Project experienced significant delays in its deployment due to:
 Low turnout of bidders from the Private Sector

Butuan)

• all LRT-1 (18) and LRT-2 (11), MRT-3 (13), and PNR (15)
terminal stations included in the roster of beneficiary sites
