NOTICE

Annual Transfer Drive 2019 - Processing of Transfer Database

This is to bring into to the notice of every stake holder that processing of the data of
ATD 2019 is being delayed due to erroneous data/information submitted by a large
number of employees and erroneous approval of large no. of applications at subsequent
level of Principal as well as the Regional offices.

The process of rectification of the database is under process by the designated

agency in consultation with the NVS Head quarters and the transfer lists are expected in
a phased manner very shortly. It is very important to mention that the same errors had
also been noticed in ATD 2018 which had resulted into preparation of revised list of Round
01 of ATD 2018. The casual approach of stake holders at different levels has again been
noticed in ATD 2019 and is being viewed very seriously by the competent authority.
Appropriate administrative action against the employees / officers who have submitted
and/ or approved erroneous data leading to such a delay in accomplishing transfer drive,
is under contemplation.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
