I. Objectives

Learning Competencies Independently articulate how ICT tools and platforms have changed the way
people communicate, and how social change has been brought about by the
use of ICTs
Learning Outcome The learners demonstrate an understanding of ICT as a tool, medium, and
force in bringing about action and mobilize change in a population, society,
or culture.
Learning Objectives After the teaching – learning process, the learners should be able to:
(KSA)  define advocacy;
 explain the role and importance of ICT in the recent history of the
Philippines; and
 create a poster – slogan about own advocacy.

A. Reviewing previous The class will divided into 4 groups. The students will play 3 pics 1 word. The
lesson or presenting group with highest score after 10 items will get a rewards. The words that
the new lesson are used will then process by the teacher together with the students to build
a connection and form the topic for this day.

Students’ activity

The teacher will group the class into 2 groups. The class will have a debate.
The first group will defend why social media is boon to the campaign of
president Duterte against Drug Abuse and on the other hand, the second
group will defend the bane. The students will be given 10 minutes to write
their answers in 1 whole sheet of paper and 5 minutes to read and defend
their answers.
