Currently working as a Development Engineer in the field of air filter elements mainly
looking at the development and validation of various filter media and element designs.
Key responsibilities involved are
● Testing and validation of different design and carrying out documentation,
presentations and other supporting documentation pertaining to the same
● Supporting in innovation projects including Monitoring, controlling and reporting
of projects
● Field travel to various client locations around the country to get the required data
and test the products whenever required

INTERN, GE HEALTHCARE

Was a part of PET (Positron Emission Tomography) team and worked on the Design
optimization and Analysis of PET Gantry for the PET system. Key responsibilities involved
were
● Design optimization and Analysis of PET Gantry
● Modeling of the concepts in Creo parametric 4.0 to simulate the working
environment by studying layout and clinical procedures required
● ANSYS analysis to analyze the strength of Gantry used in the PET scanner under
structural loading condition for safety and required modifications in design are
proposed
● Played a key role in the post production activities held on the detection and
diagnostic device
● Numerous iterations are carried out to finalize the Gantry structure, and adopting
the different kinds of manufacturing process
● Bolted joint analysis is carried out for PET gantry parts
● Selection of suitable supplier for the sub parts and production of Gantry
● DFMA is implemented during design of entire model for the ease of assembly and
manufacturing
 ● Completed bolted joint training course

ACADEMIC PROJECTS
BTECH - As a part of one semester of project work carried out
Comparative study of various methods for identification of Isomorphism in
Kinematic chains.
● The project involves application of methods for identification of isomorphism
among kinematic chains and their inversions and problems related to one, two,
three degrees of freedom of kinematic chains.

MTECH
Computational analysis of ocean current turbine using Diffuser and swirl inducers.
● Catia V5 is used to model a three blade Ocean current turbine and diffusers along
with swirl inducers.
● CFD analysis is performed after applying the all boundary conditions to verify the
improvement in velocity which enhance the efficiency of turbine.

This work won the best paper award at Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok, Thailand
