This Study has been under taken to analysis the “Dividend Policy and its Impact on
Share Price (With Reference of HBL, Nabil, NSBI, EBL and SCBNL)'' under partial
fulfillment of the requirement of MBS degree. The thesis mainly covers the dividend
policy and its impact on share price of “A” class Commercial Bank of Nepal. At first,
