INTRODUCTION

Nowadays, we live in era where is the technology and the Internet allow us to work

from anywhere in the world, but there are still some tasks that require an office or

administrator. One of those is printing. Sure, email is the communications medium for

business, but very often you’ll need physical (hard) copies of documents and other items.

And somehow there’s task that you need it quickly in physical (hard) copies while you are in

the outside of the office.

Moreover, people in this modern era has been drag to become more deligent, in order

to balancing our tasks to our activity, people need to be more flexible to improve their time

schedule. Making devices portable and modular is the essential demand for today’s world

problems. Advancement in the technology has led to the small chip computers and handheld

tablet PCs. This technological revolution has made everything smaller and portable. Who

could think that one day printers will also be portable? Zuta lab has turned this into reality

and has recently introduced a wireless portable printer. This is a tiny printing robot that is

able to print out whatever you ask it to print. This robot reels over the paper to print out the

desired text.

This is a rechargeable robot printer that can last for one hour with a printing speed of

one minute per paper. A great revolution might be brought by this small sized Israeli printer.

The Zuta lab has been commercialize the product in 2015 with the funding of KickStarter.

According to Zuta Labs, in case of the normal print machines, printing head moves from one

end to other end of the page and there is a whole assembly to support this movement. This

new print machine is an effort to achieve the task without the assembly to support head

motion.

 As everything is getting connected with smartphone and PCs, so same is the case with

this robot printer which can be connected with both. Paper size does not matter in this case;

you can print any size paper. A moving flap is attached what makes it moveable. Its working

is too easy to understand; its an inkjet printer. Reels underneath make it move across the

paper while printing out the required text. So being a portable, having mechanical unique

design and being able to connected to any devices are the benefits of Zuta Printer.

1. ABOUT ZUTA PRINTER

Portable printers have made working on the road a lot more convenient, letting you pull

document printouts anytime the need for one arises. And while the current crop of portable

printers work well enough for mobile workers, this Mini Mobile Robotic Printer shrinks it

down to an even more manageable size.

Made by Israel-based Zuta Labs, it's an entirely fresh take on mobile printers. Instead of

a page-wide device that you feed paper into, it's like a mini-Roomba that passes over a sheet

of paper laid out on a table. Rather than clean every surface it crosses like a robot vacuum

would, however, it receives your digital documents over Bluetooth and prints a hardcopy

directly on the paper.

The Mini Mobile Robotic Printer is, basically, a tiny robot armed with a printhead and a

set of wheels, allowing it to travel the entire area of the paper going from left to right and top

to bottom. Do note, you have to position it right on the upper left corner of the paper, just

like you have to line up the paper properly when using a more conventional portable printer,

but that's all the hassle you will need to put up with. Printing speed is decent, too, with the

device able to finish an entire letter-sized sheet in around 40 seconds. All standard paper

sizes are supported.

2. HOW DOES IT WORKS?

The printer is activated by sliding a hatch at the bottom of the printer which will reveal

the inkjet. The USB connection for battery charging is also located on the bottom of the

device. The inkjet lasts for over 1,000 printed pages and the battery lasts for over one hour

per full-charge. The first version will print in grayscale.

Our printer is based on an omni-wheel system that allows it to accurately turn and

drive in any direction. The printer was designed in a comprehensible manner in order to help

the user place the printer properly at the top of the page and guarantee an accurate outcome.

This version of the printer does not include stabilizing sensors.

it the most portable printer in the market. With its unique mechanical design, the printer is

not limited by the paper size. It also comes with a replaceable ink cartridge that can produce

up to 1,000 pages before requiring a replacement, so unless you're printing a 100-page

manual for a meeting of 20 people in an afternoon, it should last you for a while. And for the

latest product now can reach up to 96x192 dpi.

and then connect your smartphone to printer via WiFi and give order from zuta printer app

and it will start to print.
