Main Aims:
 By the end of the lesson learners will have developed their vocabulary by understanding and using a set of
lexical items related to fruits ( lemon, pear, kiwifruit).
Subsidiary Aims:
 By the end of the lesson learners will have had the opportunity to practise speaking by answering simple
questions related to fruits.
Anticipated problems:
1. Learners might not be able to remember the name of each fruit.
Aids/ Materials:
 Teacher’s own materials: real fruits (3 oranges, 3 bananas, 3 apples, 1lemon, 5 pears, 5 kiwi fruits)

T greets Ss and asks who is absent .
Review T asks Ss to form a circle and sing all the songs that they have learnt so far: 15 min/
