1. Managing Business Development, Strategic Alliances, new market development, with

experience in identifying and unleashing key opportunities.
2. Ability to effectively influence, collaborate and work with diverse stakeholders and
internal teams
3. Highly analytical with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills and a positive
professional attitude
4. MBA from a top-tier school
5. Excellent communication skills is a must
6. Prior experience in E-Commerce, retail, or FMCG preferred
7. Attention to detail and ability to visualize things
8. Ability to collaborate across departments or manage projects or programs
9. Result oriented and ready to take ownership
10. Desire to make impact and high work ethics
11. This role requires working directly with senior management team
