1. That the above entitled case is set for hearing on MARCH 15,
2019;

2. That, unfortunately, on the same date, MARCH 15, 2019, the

undersigned counsel is scheduled to attend a Mandatory
Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) at the University of Cebu,
Banilad Campus.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to

reset the scheduled hearing to MAY 24 or 31, 2019 or at the convenience
of this Honorable Court.
