Study the recipe below and use the information to complete the following text.

BUTTER CUPCAKE

Ingredients  Preheat the oven to 180ºC

 Line a muffin tin with paper cups
110g butter, softened  Put the butter and sugar in a bowl.
Beat until light and fluffy with an
110g castor sugar electric mixer.
 Sift the flour, baking powder and
110g plain flour salt into the bowl.
 Beat the eggs and vanilla in a
2 medium eggs separate bowl. Then, add to the
mixture. Fold until it is combined.
2 teaspoon baking powder  Spoon the mixture into the paper
cups.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract  Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove
from the oven.
¼ teaspoon salt  Cool for 10 minutes. Transfer onto a
wire rack to cool completely.
Chocolate sprinkles  Put chocolate sprinkles on the
cupcakes.
