Dear Sir/Ma’am:

I am writing this letter to formally inform you that we will no longer require your bookkeeping
services effective immediately. The company has decided to hire an internal bookkeeper to
effectively monitor the filing of taxes and the financial status of the company.
The company will start to settle its own taxes with the BIR starting this July 2019. We greatly
appreciate your services for these past few months.
