Modeling and Simulation of Three-phase Rectifier Based on SVPWM

At any sector, the voltage vector V can made up of the

switch six times at one PWM cycle.
In order to reduce switching loss, one switch device is
changed when the voltage vector from a sector to the next
sector. By this way, the switch times can be reduced, and the
best sequence of switching device is shown in table I.

Figure.4.

Ⅴ. SIMULATION RESULTS
According to the analysis above, the simulation model of
the whole system is built based on Matlab/Simulink. The main
parameters simulated circuit are set as following: Input
voltage is 115V/400Hz three-phase ideal AC voltage source,
the inductance of AC side filter reactor (Ls) is 2.4mH, the AC
side resistance (Rs) is 0.04Ω, the DC side output capacitor
(C)is 2200μF, the DC voltage is set to 300V, the DC side
resistance (RL) is 16Ω, and the switching frequency is 10K.

The simulation results show that the phase of A phase
input current is identical with A phase voltage, and the total
harmonic distortion (THD) of A phase input current is 7.64%
within the range of GJB181A, the output DC side voltage
becomes steady quickly. It is obvious that the rectifier can
acquire the high power factor, constant dc voltage output, and
reach to the requirement of design.
